Location, it was quiet, it's what we expected. There were some fabulous beaches a short taxi ride away; this was the reason we picked this part of the island. Fight street was amazing, so many Thai gyms, so many fight gear shops. The Muay Thai Gym just at the end of the villa drive was perfect and the onsite gym was good too, small yes, but everything for a decent workout. There was a 7/11 at the end of the drive and there were plenty of places to eat on the street. We found a place called Mama's just opposite (and to the left about 50yds) the villa drive entrance. Thai food was amazing and very cheap. The only thing we didn't like was there wern't any baht buses to get around in. Everywhere we went was by taxi, BUT, if you get the "GRAB" and or "BOLT" app, you get the fare at least 50% cheaper than if you just flag down a taxi in the road, the price is ALWAYS given to you beforehand and pay the driver at your destination. The apps work like Uber, they give your location to the driver and simply pick you from the side of the road where ever you may be. We used GRAB mostly, but there were 2 occasions when we couldn't get a taxi, so we used BOLT as a back up - worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend these apps.

The apartment was very clean and confortable. Bedroom was spacious, the matrass was not too soft, and linen was new and fresh, I slept perfectly after long way. I didn't use the kitchen but there was everything you need for cooking including different kind of spices and all necessary kitchenware. Very peaceful territory full of greenery, nice pool. I didn't have chance to play golf simulator, unfortunately cause I didn't have enough time. The owner of the apartment was very welcoming, helped me to get WiFi and advised about transportation and nice restaurants nearby, I'll definitely come back! The apartment is a bit far from the beach, but closer to shopping and restaurants zone. But it is not a problem if you have a car or bike.
