Strictly Non-Smoking Apartment • Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. • Any smell of tobacco or trace of cigarettes inside will result in a fixed fee of 3,000 THB. 2. Inventory and Damaged/Missing Items • All equipment is checked at each check-in and check-out. • Any missing or damaged item will be charged at the replacement cost: • Iron: 1,000 THB • Ironing board: 1,000 THB • Glass: 150 THB / unit • Mug: 150 THB / unit • Plate: 180 THB / unit • Microwave: 3,000 THB • Kettle: 1,000 THB • Cutlery set: 150 THB / set • Sharp knives set: 650 THB • Cutting board: 250 THB • Bottle opener / wine opener: 150 THB • Wine glass: 150 THB / glass • Bed sheet set & pillow protectors: 2,800 THB • Bath towel: 500 THB / unit • Hand towel: 120 THB / unit • Key / Access card: 700 THB / unit For any other missing item, we will inform you of the replacement cost. • Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay • Please note: access to the residence includes a road with a slope. If you choose to walk, it will require a bit of effort. Generally, people get around by scooter or by using the residence’s shuttle bus. • Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
