House Rules (Building Rules) – Canvas Cherngtalay Condominium 1) Strict no smoking, no cannabis • No smoking and no cannabis on the balcony and in all common areas (lobby, corridors, elevators, pool, gym, etc.). • Only smoke in the designated smoking area (if available). Fines can apply. 2) Common areas rules (pool, gym, lounge, co-working, etc.) • Common areas opening hours: 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • No food and no alcoholic beverages in common areas. • Maximum of 3 accompanying guests per unit in common areas. Please do not disturb other residents. 3) Balcony and corridor etiquette • Do not hang clothes or place items on balcony edges or railings. • Do not place shoes, items, or any materials in shared walkways or common areas. • Do not sweep debris in front of the unit (keep corridors clean). 4) Pets • No pets allowed in common areas or inside units. 5) Safety and cooking restrictions • Do not tamper with fire alarm or fire protection systems. • Do not use gas, flammable materials, or charcoal stoves for cooking. 6) Parking (important for guests) • Parking is only allowed in designated areas and generally requires a valid parking sticker. • Visitor parking is limited (3 spaces on G floor) with a maximum parking time of 30 minutes. • Vehicles parked incorrectly may be wheel-locked and fines may apply. 7) Garbage disposal (how to throw trash) • Put trash in bags, tie them securely, and close the garbage room door after use to prevent odors. • Garbage is collected twice daily at 10:00 AM and 03:00 PM (housekeeping). 8) Parcels and deliveries • Do not leave food deliveries overnight in lockers. Collect immediately to prevent loss/spoilage. • Parcels are kept at the Juristic Office for up to 7 days (large parcels up to 2 days). • Storage fee after the free period: 100 THB per parcel per day. Parcels left more than 15 days may be returned to sender. • Parcel collection is during office hours (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM). After 06:00 PM, collection requires an appointment via the Sansiri Home App chat. 9) Fines (good to mention clearly) • Building violations: 1st violation written warning, 2nd violation 1,000 THB per violation, 3rd and subsequent 2,000 THB per violation. • Any building fines or penalties caused by guests will be charged back to the guest.

• Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay. • Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM until 8PM maximum, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! • Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay. • For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival. • Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 2,000 THB per time.
