Inventory and damaged / missing items * Every item is checked at each check-in and check-out; the full inventory list is in the apartment. * Missing or damaged items are charged at replacement cost: * Iron: 1,000 THB * Ironing board: 1,000 THB * Glass: 150 THB each * Mug: 150 THB each * Plate: 180 THB each * Microwave: 3,000 THB * Kettle: 1,000 THB * Cutlery set: 150 THB per set * Sharp knives set: 650 THB * Cutting board: 250 THB * Bottle or wine opener: 150 THB * Wine glass: 150 THB each * Bed-linen and pillow protectors set: 2,800 THB * Bath towel: 500 THB each * Hand towel: 120 THB each * Key ; keycard: 650 thb each * For any other missing items, we will charge the documented replacement cost. * Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly. 3. You can also enjoy breakfast right in the residence; just order on site and pay the café directly. Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh.
