• No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fine of 5,000 THB will be applied if smoking is detected indoors. • Damages & Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. Our team checks the property inventory at every checkout, and any costs will be charged accordingly. • Lost Keys: A charge of 800 THB per missing key will apply if keys are not returned at checkout. • Shoes Off Indoors: Please remove your shoes before entering the house to keep the property clean and comfortable. • Toilet Use: In Thailand, nothing should be thrown into the toilet (including toilet paper). Doing so may clog the pipes. If a technician is required to fix a blockage, the cost will be charged to the guest. • Pets are not allowed. A fine of 15,000 THB will be charged in case of violation, and any damages caused will be the guest’s responsibility.

Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay • Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
