Additional House Rules: - Strictly Non-Smoking Apartment: Any smell of tobacco or trace of cigarettes inside will result in a fixed charge of 3,000 THB Inventory and Broken/Missing Items: - All equipment is checked at each check-in and check-out - Any missing or damaged item will be charged at replacement cost - Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. - Avoid moving the furniture and respect the peace of the residence. - No shoes inside the property. It must be left at the entrance in the shoes rack. Not following the rule, might lead to an extra cleaning up to 5,000 thb for cleaning carpet or other damaged items. - Do not throw anything in the toilet (even toilet papers), you have a bin to be used next to the toilet. If the toilet is clogged during your stay, it might lead to call for a technician that you will have to pay at your own cost. - Any undeclared guest staying in the property over night, will be charged 1,000 thb. • Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay. • Please note: access to the residence includes a road with a slope. If you choose to walk, it will require a bit of effort. Generally, people get around by scooter or by using the residence’s shuttle bus. • Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! • Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay. • During your stay, if you want some cleanings and changing the bedding set, you will have to request it at least 72 hours in advance, and the cost will be 1,500 thb per time. • Please treat the apartment with care and respect, we want all guests to enjoy their time here :)
