1. Strictly non-smoking apartment * Smoking inside is forbidden. * Any smell or trace of tobacco will incur a flat 5,000 THB deep-cleaning fee. 2. Inventory and damaged / missing items * Every item is checked at each check-in and check-out. * Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly. 3. Respect for the property and neighbours * Keep the apartment clean and tidy. * Avoid moving furniture and respect the residence’s quiet atmosphere. • Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! • If you need a late check-in after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance ; this is available by prior arrangement only. • For stays of 7 nights or more, an extra set of fresh linen and towels is provided free of charge. • Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 1200 THB per time. Please request the service here via messages, 1-2 days prior. • Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay. • For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival. • Please treat the house with care and respect, we want all guests to enjoy their time here :) There is some construction nearby during daytime hours.
