Electricity is charged separately. We’ll record the meter at check-in and check-out, and the rate is 7 THB per kWh. To help lower your electricity cost, please keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning. 11/02/2026: Some constructions noise might happen due to a house getting renovated in the compound. Most of the guests are not impacted but we prefer to be transparent about it.
